Omirbekova Zhanagul Muratovnaw as born on January 1, 1983, in the village of Akjar, Tarbagatai district, East Kazakhstan region. From 1989 to 2000, she studied at the Ahmet Baitursynov secondary school in the village of Manyrak.

- From September to December 2005, she worked as a research fellow at the "Alash" Research Center in Almaty;

- From September to December 2011, she was the deputy dean of the Faculty of Preparatory Courses for Foreign Students at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University in Almaty;
- From 2011 to 2014, she worked as the chief specialist in the Student Registration Department at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University in Almaty;
- In 2018-2019, she was a lecturer at the Department of Eurasian Studies at the Faculty of History, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University;
- Since September 1, 2020, she has been a lecturer at the Department of Ancient and Medieval History of Kazakhstan at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University in Almaty.
