Historian. Doctor of historical sciences.

He was born on the 9^th of June,1962 in Mukur village, Kyzylkoga district, Atyrau oblast.   In 1979 he entered Guriev (at present Atyrau) Pedagogical Institute history and philology faculty. He graduated very institute with honor and qualified to teach history and social sciences.   

In 1983-1984 worked as a history teacher at Mukur secondary school.   

In 1984-1986 was a trainee-researcher at the chair of  History of  Kazakh SSR,  Guriev (at present Atyrau) Pedagogical Institute  

In 1986 entered  the post-graduate course at Abai Kazakh Pedagogical Institute .

In 1987-1988 he was under USSR arms. After finishing post-graduate course worked at the department of History of Kazakh SSR at at Abai Kazakh Pedagogical Institute .

In 1994-1996 was a vice-dean of the history faculty at  Abai Kazakh Pedagogical Institute .

In 2001-2006 he was the head of the chair of "Special historical disciplines and teaching technology " at  Abai Kazakh Pedagogical Institute .

From November 2006- worked as a senior scientist worked at doctorial dissertation.   

In 2008 he was elected as the  head of the chair of "Theory and technology and teaching technology" 

From 1997 till 2005 he was a member of Scientific secretary at Dissertation Council. In 2009 he became deputy chairman of that council.
From September 2009 - Dean of the History Faculty. From September 2012 to present - Vice-Rector for Teaching and Studies in Abay Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

The sphere of scientific researches include the problem of the cultural history of  Kazakhstan . Author of more than 100 works, including 2 monographs and 2 textbooks. He defended his PhD thesis on "Kazakhstan Science: history. experience. problems (1970-1990" , then a doctoral thesis on "Historical analysis: State policy system in further education and science and its realization in Kazakhstan. (1985-2005)".

In 2010 he became the winner of the grant "The best teacher of the university of Kazakhstan".

His awards: certificate of honor of MES, the medal "The 20th ​​ anniversary independence of Kazakhstan", the medal "The 20th anniversary of Military forces of Kazakstan".
