Born in 1963 on November 10 in the village of Bidaik, Chubartau district, Semipalatinsk region.

In 1971-1972 she studied in the USA. Ekpin s. Bidaik, Chubartau district, Semipalatinsk region., In 1973-1978 she studied at the experimental boarding school No. 2 in Almaty.       
In 1979-1983. She was educated as a primary school teacher at the Semipalatinsk Pedagogical School named after M.O. Auezov.

In 1984-1990. She was educated as a teacher of the Russian language and literature in the national school at the Semipalatinsk Pedagogical Institute named after N.K. Krupskaya.

 

2012-2014 Master`s degree in pedagogical sciences at the Kazakh State Women`s Pedagogical University.
