Short biography

Ryskulov Omirgali Omirbaiuly was born on March 23, 1964 in the village of Uzynbulak, Kegen district, Almaty  region. In 1981 he graduated from high school in this village.

In 1994 he entered the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism in Almaty with a degree in Physical Culture and Sports. During his studies, he tried to actively participate in the student life of the faculty. Graduated from the academy in 1999.
