SHORT AUTOBIOGRAPHY

He was born in the Almaty region, graduated from high school. 1973-1977 Kazakh Academy of Tourism and Sports. In 1995-1998 he studied at the law faculty of KazNPU named after Abai with a degree in Jurisprudence. In 2009 he defended his dissertation on the topic "Constitutional and legal status of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan" at 12.00.02.100 published works. I combine scientific and teaching activities.

TEACHING DISCIPLINES (list by level of training)

Undergraduate studies: criminology, advocacy, criminal statistics, constitutional law - teaches in Kazakh.

In the magistracy: Research methods, topical issues of the constitutional and legal status of an individual.

SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY - More than 80 scientific publications, including 1 monograph (Constitutional and legal status of a person), 1 textbook (Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai).
