Innovations in the educational programs of universities and schools

In accordance with the Strategic plan for the development of Abai KazNPU for 2025 in connection with the project of transition to a new management model, together with members of the horizontal cyclical organizational structure of the Institute of pedagogy and psychology, an online webinar on «Innovative content and methods of educational programs of universities and schools» was held on May 15, 2020.

The purpose of the event is to analyze the specifics of educational programs in the field, starting from secondary school and up to higher education, determination of the prerequisites for training a competent specialist in accordance with the results.

The webinar was attended by Director of the Institute of pedagogy and psychology, Berikzhan Almuhambetov, professional Manager, researcher and business management consultant Ozat Bayserkeyev, head of Department of monitoring and Strategy implementation Elvira Tattibayeva, Adilia Baidildina, Director of the Department for the Design of Educational Programs, and members of the Council of Responsible Representatives (CRR) of the Institute.

During the webinar, answers were given to the questions: «What should be the programs and methods of schools in the Republic of Kazakhstan?» (S. Zhumabayeva, A. Ryskulbekova), «What should be a teacher in accordance with the program and methodology?» (K. Zhampeisova, A. Satova), «What are the educational programmes for training teachers with high professional potential in KazNPU?» (A.Kosherbayeva, Kyyakbaeva U.), «What should be the experimental (scientific-methodological) base (partner school) for the project?» (S. Akzholova, S.Aуtaeva).

Summing up, the speakers and participants exchanged views on the topical issues raised.
